Returns
We want you to love every candle you purchase from Mission Candle Co. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Process

Email our customer care team at missioncandlecomi@gmail.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Prepare Your Return
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive the return instructions and mailing address.
• Items must be securely packaged in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
